Size & Fit Guide

PulseFit Size & Fit Guide

Measure clearly. Move confidently.

The right fit starts with the right reference point. Use product-specific measurements for supports, gloves and training accessories, then confirm equipment dimensions and working clearance for your training space.

Fit starts with context

Measure the exact body point, equipment footprint or working area requested.

Check twice
Use the product-specific chart whenever one is provided. Measure · Compare · Confirm

Start with the individual product.

A size label does not always mean the same thing across knee supports, wrist supports, compression sleeves, training gloves, mats or larger fitness equipment. Materials, intended movement and adjustment systems can change how a product fits.

Review the measurements shown with the product, use a flexible measuring tape where appropriate and compare your result with the exact chart attached to that item. When you fall between options, consider the product’s intended adjustment range and contact PulseFit if the guidance remains unclear.

Body-worn supports

Sleeves, braces, gloves and wrist supports depend on circumference, position, closure range and the intended level of contact.

  • Measure the exact point named in the product guide
  • Keep the tape level and close without pulling tightly
  • Review whether the product uses straps or fixed stretch
Supports · Sleeves · Gloves

Handheld training tools

Grip trainers, jump ropes, resistance tools and recovery equipment may depend on handle size, rope length, resistance range or the area used during movement.

  • Review handle dimensions and adjustment points
  • Confirm rope or band length where provided
  • Consider storage and travel dimensions
Grip · Agility · Recovery

Floor and station equipment

Benches, racks, cardio equipment, mats and storage systems require both product dimensions and clear working space around the equipment.

  • Measure the complete footprint, not only the main frame
  • Allow room for entry, adjustment and movement
  • Check doorways, corners and storage access
Stations · Cardio · Storage

Measure once for the number. Measure again for confidence.

Use the same posture, measurement point and tape tension each time. Small changes in placement can create a different result, especially around joints and tapered areas of the body.

01

Read the product instruction

Identify whether the product requests circumference, length, width, equipment footprint or another specific reference.

Use the named point
02

Use the correct tool

Use a flexible measuring tape for body measurements and a stable tape measure for floors, equipment and working clearance.

Keep the tape level
03

Record the result

Write down the measurement in the same unit shown in the product guide and avoid rounding until you compare it with the chart.

Match the listed unit
04

Repeat and compare

Measure a second time, confirm the result and compare it with the exact size or dimension guidance provided for the product.

Confirm before choosing

Match the method to the product.

This reference explains common measurement types across the PulseFit range. It does not replace the size chart or dimensions supplied with an individual product.

Measurement How to measure Common categories What to confirm
Circumference Wrap a flexible tape around the product-specific point. Keep it level and close to the body without compressing the area. Knee supports, wrist supports, compression sleeves and some training gloves. Exact measurement location, adjustment range and whether the material uses fixed stretch or straps.
Length Measure in a straight line between the points shown in the product guide. Avoid following a curve unless the instructions request it. Jump ropes, resistance bands, mats, rollers and selected mobility tools. Adjustable range, usable length and whether handles or attachment points are included in the measurement.
Footprint Measure the maximum floor length and width occupied by the complete product in its normal setup. Benches, racks, exercise bikes, rowing equipment, treadmills and storage. Frame extensions, pedals, handles, adjustment positions and required access around the product.
Working clearance Add practical open space around the equipment for entry, movement, adjustment and safe storage. Cardio equipment, strength stations, functional training areas and mats. Doorways, ceilings, walls, furniture, nearby equipment and full movement range.

Product dimensions, measurement points and fit descriptions can vary. Always use the measurements attached to the specific product you are considering.

Supports and training accessories

Close contact should still allow controlled movement.

Body-worn training accessories should follow the product’s intended placement and adjustment method. A secure fit should not depend on pulling the product beyond its designed range.

  • Align seams, panels and closures as shown in the product guide
  • Check that straps remain within their intended attachment areas
  • Recheck the selected size if the product shifts or folds during movement

Yoga, Pilates and mobility

Choose dimensions around the way you practice.

Mat length, width, thickness and accessory proportions should support the movements you plan to perform and the space available around your practice area.

  • Compare mat dimensions with your preferred training position
  • Allow space for blocks, rings, bands and mobility accessories
  • Confirm rolled or folded dimensions when storage space is limited

Plan for the movement around the machine.

The listed product dimensions are only one part of a training setup. Larger equipment also needs practical clearance for access, adjustment, storage and the movement performed during use.

Maximum dimensions Measure the widest and longest normal setup position.
Entry and exit Keep a clear path to approach and leave the equipment.
Adjustment space Allow room for seats, handles, pedals and movable sections.
Delivery access Review doors, hallways, corners and stairs before arrival.
Measure the complete route

Check the route from the delivery entry to the final training area, not only the space where the equipment will remain.

Clear guidance before you choose.

Fit can vary by product design, material, adjustment system and intended training use. Use the product-specific information as your primary reference.

Can I use one universal size chart for every PulseFit product?

No. Measurement points and fit ranges can differ between supports, sleeves, gloves, mats, bands and larger equipment. Use the chart or dimensions shown with the individual product.

How tightly should I hold the measuring tape?

Keep a flexible tape close to the body without pulling it tightly or allowing it to hang loose. The tape should remain level at the measurement point named in the product guide.

What should I do if my measurement falls between two sizes?

Review the product’s adjustment method, material and fit notes before choosing. Contact PulseFit with the product information and your measurement if the product guidance does not explain how to select between sizes.

Should I measure over clothing?

Follow the product-specific instructions. Unless the guide states otherwise, use a consistent measurement point and avoid bulky layers that can change the result.

How do I know whether larger equipment fits my room?

Compare the listed dimensions with your floor space, then add working clearance for entry, adjustment and movement. Also review doorway, hallway, corner and stair access before delivery.

Can PulseFit help me review a product measurement?

Yes. Contact PulseFit with the product name, the measurement point you used and your recorded result. Do not send unrelated personal or payment information.
